NewsLetter FAQ
Brief answers to installation and operation questions. The complete procedures are in the documentation.
Do I need to install Newsletter separately?
No. The local package 1.2.1 includes the Newsletter 9.3.0 kernel. If it detects a compatible external Newsletter already active, it reuses that core.
Why isn't a newsletter generated at the scheduled time?
Check cron, time zone, channel status and delay policy. By default, a schedule that arrives on another day is discarded; optional recovery has a limited window.
Is Fluent Forms required?
Only to use your forms integration. Check email, list, and consent mapping if a subscription doesn't appear.
Why isn't the AI responding?
Checks for appropriate provider authorization, licensing where necessary, and diagnosis. The consents of IA WordPress and the Newsletter service are independent.
Why isn't an update showing up?
There must be a supported publication with a signed manifest and a trusted public key configured. Check PHP Sodium, ZipArchive and diagnostics before changing settings.
Does the demo send emails or use AI?
No. The theme demo only updates a local preview in the browser; It does not send emails, it does not save the content and it does not use AI.
Does the counter represent installations?
No. Counts download responses completed by the server and separates approximate repetitions; It does not accredit unique facilities or people.
What happens when you reach 100,000 downloads?
A prompt is displayed to evaluate premium plans. Achieving that goal does not result in charges or automatic changes to the license of the code received.
Where do I request support?
Uses the official Support Desk from PluginFiles and includes versions, affected module and reproduction steps, without passwords or subscriber data.
