Fair use policy

This policy guides the use of shared resources in managed services. The plugin runs on the administrator's hosting and does not incorporate a universal shipping or AI trading quota granted by PluginFiles.

Capacity and effective limits

Sending, storage, requests and cost limits depend on the hosting, email provider, AI provider and contracted plan. Check their conditions before automating loads. Numerical limits are not invented where there is no published offer.

Provided operation

• Try internal lists before increasing recipients.
• Avoid concurrent retries and respect cron reservations and windows.
• Configure log retention and check for recurring errors.
• Do not use support channels as storage for personal information.

Capacity incident management

In the event of an overload, review records and agree with the supplier on the necessary adjustments. Any limit of a contracted service must be defined in its offer, with proportional measures and means of consultation.

Relationship with other conditions

This policy does not limit the number of installations permitted by the GPL or impose usage restrictions on the code. For abusive behavior, consult the acceptable use policy.
